The Experience
Your Pre-Shoot Phone Consultation / Booking
To begin your portrait experience with AllStar Photos, we will schedule a pre-shoot phone consultation with Kelly prior to scheduling your session. This is over the phone and only take 15-20 minutes. It is a great time for you to ask any questions and understand how the shoot works.
We do require a booking/confirmation fee to secure your booking date/time in our diary. This fee will be refunded or credited towards your order on the day of your viewing appointment. This covers any loss of the appointment session and/or design appointment and your photographer’s time. Basically it is our “please don’t be rude” insurance.
Photo Session
Athlete photography sessions by Kelly are done either in studio on location with professional lighting and equipment. Kelly will work with you to capture the perfect photos,
Our photo shoots usually last around an hour minutes, depending on the number of looks and poses we want to get. We'll send you some guidance beforehand on what to wear for your photo session, and you're welcome to bring a your own equipment and different uniforms.
Your image Purchasing Appointment
This is where you view your images photos that was captured during your photo session and you can design your favourite wall art to put in your home. We will make an appointment for you to meet with Kelly at the studio to look over the different options of how to display your images.
During the session, Kelly will show you a slideshow of your photos and allow you to re-live the moments you experienced during your session. Then you can select your favourite images and begin to stylise your wall displays to suit your style and home.
We have a range of products to suit everyone’s style and budget. Our mat print collections starts at $895.00. We have access to After Pay and can do in house Finance to help you purchase your favourite images . Most families invest $1,200-$2500+ on their photo products (wall art/digitals) from their session.
